The SERRA project will be launching the largest
amateur rocket east of the Mississippi River. The one-stage rocket
will reach a goal of at least 100,000 feet. The payload will consist
of various electronics to record and analyze various data such
as: altitude, barometric pressure, apogee, and velocity; the payload
will also include a wireless color CCD camera that will be mounted
in the nose of the rocket to transmit live feed during flight.
