The Link Foundation

Predoctoral Research Fellowships in Ocean Engineering and Instrumentation

Dear Predoctoral Student:

Thank you for your inquiry about the Link Foundation Predoctoral Research Fellowships in Ocean Engineering and Instrumentation. Below is a flyer with the pertinent information. Feel free to make as many copies as you need.

Please note that the intention of the Link Foundation with this fellowship is identical to their Energy Fellowships and their Advanced Simulation and Training Fellowships; that is to sponsor doctoral research. Accordingly, a typical applicant would have completed all of their required doctoral courses and be embarking on their dissertation research; i.e. a doctoral "candidate". The Link Foundation awards the Fellowship in the form of a check to the university where the student is enrolled. The student's faculty advisor administers the payment of funds to the student in accordance with the Fellowship budget guidelines and university policy.

If I can be of any further assistance please contact me.

Yours truly,

George A. Maul, Ph.D.
Professor and Head
Administrator, Link OE&I Fellowships
