Civil Engineering Advisory Committee(CEAC)
Mr. Herb Raybourn was given the Florida
Tech's Outstanding Service award for 2003. Mr. Raybourn graduated from
Florida Tech in 1989 with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. In 1991,
he also completed his M.S. from Florida Tech in Civil Engineering with
a specialization in the area of Water Resources. Since then Mr. Raybourn
has taken a very active interest in the Florida Tech and has always
gone out of his way to help Florida Tech's students and faculty when
the need arose. Mr. Raybourn currently chairs the 19-member Civil Engineering
Advisory Committee (CEAC). Mr. Raybourn always freely gives his time
as a guest lecturer in many Civil Engineering courses and also helps
Florida Tech in its recruiting efforts. He currently works for the
Disney owned Reedy Creek Improvement District.
